1. Why does the backpack have a slight odor?

The backpack is vacuum-sealed and stored during transportation. Lack of ventilation over time may cause a slight odor, which is normal. Simply air out the backpack for a few days and the smell will naturally disappear.

2. Storage Tips

• Avoid contact with sharp objects to prevent damage. Do not expose to high heat or direct sunlight for extended periods. Keep away from oils and corrosive substances.

• The breathable mesh is made of soft nylon material. Sharp claws may scratch or tear the mesh. Please trim your pet’s nails regularly to avoid damage and maintain a neat appearance.

3. Washing Instructions

• Unzip the bottom and remove the support board. Clean the fabric part separately. The fiberboard cannot be washed!

• Wash dark and light colors separately. It’s normal for dark colors to bleed slightly during the first few washes. You can soak it in cold water with salt for about half an hour to help reduce color bleeding.

• Gently hand wash only. Do not machine wash, bleach, tumble dry, wring, or iron. For stains, please use a soft brush or cloth to clean, then air dry in a well-ventilated place.
