PetPark is a curated pet supply store offering both our own brand and a selection of premium global pet products. Our range includes leashes, dog harnesses, cat collars, cat harnesses, pet travel bags, cooling products, pet toys, and more, all designed to provide high-quality options for pets.

Because PetPark is dedicated to designing and curating products that cater to the unique physiological and psychological needs of pets, with safety as our top priority. We believe every pet deserves the same level of care and attention as a cherished baby.

PetPark’s products are designed for most breeds of dogs and cats. Some items are specifically tailored for flat-faced dog breeds, like French Bulldogs and Pugs, as well as cats prone to stress. However, as long as your dog or cat fits the size requirements, they can enjoy our products too.

On every product page, we've provided a SIZE CHART to help ensure you measure your pet accurately. Based on your pet's neck and chest measurements, as well as their weight, you can select the most suitable size.

At the moment, PetPark does not offer customization services. However, we are continuously innovating and launching new products, so stay tuned!

SHIPPING:

We offer free shipping during specific promotional events. For information on current free shipping promotions, please check our website or subscribe to our newsletter for the latest updates.

Yes, we ship to multiple countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your order total and delivery location. You can view the exact shipping fee at checkout. For more details, you can also check the Shipping Policy on the product page.

Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates.Actual delivery times may vary due to shipping and customs processing factors.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United States: 6-12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 6-10 business days
  • Canada: 8-15 business days
  • Australia: 5-10 business days
  • Other Countries: 7-15 business days

Once your order has shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you via email. You can also click here to check your tracking number.

PetPark is not responsible for any taxes/duties/fees collected upon delivery. Different countries have different tax/duties/customs rates. Please check with your local post office for accurate information.

ORDERS:

We cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications after an order is submitted. If you contact us immediately after placing your order, we may be able to assist with changes, but once the order enters processing, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.If there are holidays, the processing time may be extended accordingly.You will receive an email with a tracking number once the order has shipped.

Yes, PetPark offers returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original condition, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To return an item, it must be in its original condition—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email your return request with the reason to support@petparkpp.com, and our team will assist you.

To request an exchange, ensure the item is unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please submit your exchange request by emailing support@petparkpp.com with the reason for the exchange. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange within 48 hours, and the new item will be shipped to the address you provide, along with a tracking number.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at support@petparkpp.com
