How to Use
Step 1:
Remove the ice packs from the collar and place them in the freezer.
Step 2:
After the ice packs are frozen, take them out and put them back into the collar. (Freezing time depends on the temperature of the freezer. The lower the temperature, the faster they freeze. Typically, it takes 3-4 hours.)
Step 3:
Put the collar on your dog, and adjust the tightness to fit your dog's neck size. For a more secure fit, tie a knot at the end.

- The fabric is made of nylon waterproof material, which effectively insulates water vapor. Due to the large temperature difference between the inside and outside of the ice collar during use, condensation may appear on the surface. This looks like soaking water but is actually a normal physical phenomenon (similar to how the surface of a cup of iced coffee bought from a coffee shop becomes wet due to the ice inside and the temperature difference).
